In partnership with Metro Council District 10 Councilwoman Josie Raymond, the Louisville Commission on Public Art requests qualifications for large-scale mural installations in Louisville Metro Council District 10 (map below). This opportunity offers funding to activate publicly accessible spaces through artistic expression. Qualifications may be submitted by individual artists or artist teams. Submissions will be evaluated on artistic excellence as evidenced by submitted materials; professional experience; community value added; compatibility with the architectural design and/or facility environment; and alignment with the mission and vision of the Commission on Public Art
