Sky Art Peoria 2026 - Student Category

Eligibility: Local - Residents of Peoria County, Tazewell County, and Woodford County. Must be under 18 years old to apply. Anyone over 18 should apply to the adult program HERE . If you were selected as a winner of Sky Art Peoria in the past 3 years, you can not apply this year. Sky Art Peoria is not just for 2D artists. If you are a 3D or performance artist and can photographically- represent your work, you can enter. Your artwork must fit the billboard proportions. Images submitted with incorrect proportions will not be accepted.

## Important Dates
Call Opens on March 1, 2026. Submissions deadline is April 19, 2026 at midnight. The winning artist (if any) selected by the jury will be notified in May 2026. The winning artist (if any) will be announced to the general public via press release in June 2026. The winning artist’s work (if any) will be displayed from June 2026 - May 2027 on a billboard, with locations circulating throughout the region. Length of time up on a billboard is due to space and availability and is at the discretion of Adams Outdoor. The winning artist (if any) will have the opportunity to showcase their work in a Sky Art Peoria Gallery and will be invited to participated in an opening reception event. Date to be announced.   How to Enter Please note: You will submit a smaller file via artcall.org. If you win, you will be required to supply a high-resolution file that will produce a 48' x 14' billboard. Production Costs: All production costs for printing the billboards and Civic Center vinyl wraps will be covered by the program. File Requirements: Your artwork must fit the billboard proportions.
