The Fall Fine Arts Festival 2026

Open to VBAC Members and Non-Members. Application fee: $35.00, late application fee $60.00 Booth fee – payment due within 7 days of receiving invite. Application opens April 1, 2025. Application deadline is June 13, 2025, late deadline is June 20, 2025. Notification by July 15, 2025. Payment due by July 22, 2025. Show set up for artists Friday, November 7, 2025 12 noon to 5 PM. Show opens Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 10 AM, all booths need to be set up by 9:30 AM. Show closes Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 4 PM. No parking spaces are available behind artist booths. Jurying: A panel of jurors will review the applicant's artwork examples excluding the artist names. Selections will be based solely on the artwork and tent set-up photos submitted. Jury result notices will be emailed by 7-15-25 and booth fees will be due within 7 days. One piece of art work from juried pictures will be chosen for the cover of the show program and the Fall Fine Arts Festival Tee-shirt. Chosen artist will receive a free booth fee and a ribbon. Ribbons will also be awarded for Best In Show, Merit Award and Honorable Mention. Application Requirements: One category per application. The tent space is 10' x 10' with a minimum of 2' in between spaces. Maximum height of 10' and white tents only. Each artist is responsible for supplying and setting up their own tent. 4 digital images are required with an online application. 3 images showing examples of artwork and 1 image of booth display for each application. Booth photo may not contain the artist or the artist's name. Photos of submitted art work may be used for promotional purposes. A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 ($60 late fee) is required at time of application, payable online with a credit card for each category applied to. Booth fees are payable upon notification of acceptance by credit card and are due no later than 7-22-25. No refunds for cancellation or inclement weather.
